The Structure of a Song Type

Krisjanis Barons arranged the texts in types, placing the similar texts to be used in similar circumstances with the same function and meaning together, choosing one of those as the main and published in full length, while indicating only the differences of the others (this saved lot of space). When the text differed too much, Barons chose it as sub-main, and in case of availability arranged the other texts similar to the subtype the same way as those at the main.
