This is one of the best preserved cylinders. You can compare it to this and you will easily notice the difference. Unfortunately most of the light brown wax cylinders have been affected by mold, resulting in very much noise. You can tell what the sound will be like by the looks of the cylinder.
There is a leaflet kept in the box along with the cylinder containing the list of songs and very scarce data on the singer. The red digits indicate the manuscript where the transcription (like the one above) can be found.
